Wendy Templeton began her broadcasting career in the late nineties at WBVM- Spirit FM 90.5 FM, a Catholic station owned and operated by the Diocese of St. Petersburg in Tampa, Florida. With the support of a loving husband and daughter, this radio veteran has spent the last 18 years in several markets throughout the country. After hosting the nationally syndicated show, Wendy in Your Oasis, the broadcaster with a gift for gab would fall head over heels for a more contemplative lifestyle; re-immersing herself in Sacred Scripture, Catholic Apologetics and the lives of the Saints. The time spent off the air would prove fruitful and transformative, both personally and professionally. As President of the Wendy Templeton Media Group, a full-service media production company, Wendy specializes in writing, creating, and producing fresh content for Catholic radio. She also brings her years of radio programming expertise as a consultant in partnership with other Catholic media companies. For two years, Wendy could be heard co-hosting Life and Money with Phil Lenahan, a financial show on the EWTN Global Catholic Radio Network. Today, she fills in for Jerry Usher on the very popular Vocation Boom Radio, and you can surely hear her share the joy of the Gospel as she participates in Catholic radio fundraisers nationwide throughout the year.
